Shipping Policies
Freight charges will be added to order costs based on shipping requirements, quantity ordered, and final destination.Orders placed, for in-stock items, before 2:00 PM EST will ship same day. All other in-stock items will ship next business day. We stock sufficient inventory to meet shipping needs 99% of time.
Return Policy
Defective product and product shipped in error may be returned for a full refund of product and freight charges. A product that was ordered in error may be returned for a refund of the product. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Freight charges will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted over 12 months from purchase date. The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight charges.
