Shipping Policies

Freight charges will be added to order costs based on shipping requirements, quantity ordered, and final destination.

Orders placed, for in-stock items, before 2:00 PM EST will ship same day. All other in-stock items will ship next business day. We stock sufficient inventory to meet shipping needs 99% of time.

Return Policy

Defective product and product shipped in error may be returned for a full refund of product and freight charges.

Product that was ordered in error may be returned for a refund of the product price less a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight charges.
